I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. When I arrived, I stood directly at the door and was clearly visible. The receptionist looked at me and deliberately ignored me. After a long pause, she called someone else, who came to the door, did not open it, and silently pointed downstairs without explanation. I got a standard facial. The woman was very rough and gave me a bruise on my neck from the message and made my face bleed during the extraction.

The facial was a terrible experience. The lady was rude and did painful massages. She was roughy that it left marks after. I wouldn’t recommend this place, take your money elsewhere.

Rachel The service attitude is very bad. I don't like her. I was very happy to enjoy facial care, but I was very unhappy to come back.I don't recommend this store, and she especially like to upsell products. I said no but she push me to buy . I feel uncomfortable.
