October 2025; after 4 years from fixing the front roof valleys on the house, leaking developed on the rear roof. I call SAS Roofing & Waterproofing; next day, Mohammed looked at the roof and identified the problem. Great experience getting roof re-waterproofed with Mohammad @ SAS Contracting. Found him at Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and can see why. He was prompt with the initial estimate visit, proposed a reasonable price, came on schedule and capably performed the work. He was professional and respectful throughout. I wish all construction work was this seamless.

I highly recommend Mohammad and his team. I hired them a year ago for a gutter replacement and recently brought them back to replace the roof on my garage.
