We had leaking with our roof, Mohammad came and right away knew what the problem was. After ripping up a section of our roof and replacing it with new roofing we are now leak free. We are thrilled that we found this company. Thank you Mohammad!
SAS Roofing & waterproofing was great to work with! Mohammad came out to my house and was a delight to talk with while he explained what he thought was needed to thoroughly waterproof my basement. He was personable and very informative but did not try and over sell me. The team did a great job working on my basement drain and downspout drains! They were very efficient as it only took them a day and a half. They also left my house clean after the job was completed
We hired Mohammed and his team to remove and replace the flat roof on our newly purchased townhouse. They completed the worked in three days, were communicative throughout the entire process providing us with updates and photos, were affordable, and did a great job. His team also installed 2 brand new skylights, rebuilt the skylight frame that had rotted away, and replaced our old gutter. Throughout the job, his team was friendly, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves.
Easy to call and schedule, easy to work with. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly and well - no leaks since!
