Sold vehicle with salvage title that can't be titled in my home state of AL without first returning the vehicle to CA [where seller is], have a certified resource there inspect it and if it passes, have it retitled in CA to show "rebuilt". I then have to reship the vehicle back to my AL and apply for a rebuilt title here in AL. This will cost $000s.. I have a vehicle that I can't use and seller has cheated my family. I contacted seller with no response so far.

He posted an auction on eBay for a 2005 Ford Excursion (Item# 274348634365), and we needed a family car, since we just sold our Escape to get a bigger truck...so we advised the seller that we will have CarChex come out and do an inspection before we buy, we order a 179.95 inspection for the sake of our family and buying sight unseen over eBay.
