Had them re- do my deck with new trex material. There are boards that are angulated & popping upward making them a tripping hazard. There is also an area that dips that holds water when it rains. Called them within the year warranty to come look at it & repair it. Never showed up when scheduled. Never contacted me. I contacted them. Was told they would contact me later to set up a date to come out. It’s been 3 months & have never heard from them.
