DDS Wheeler is kind, thorough, and great at what she does. She kept what I was dealing with honest. I had a tooth extracted. I was able to make same day appointment and taken care of within an hour. Pain was minimal before, during, and after procedure. I teared due to fear and relief but never pain. Amazing staff!
The dr and all staff doing teeth I'd give you 4. And your little office in front horsing around yelling give them my name to busy horsing around in checking in get my name wrong I tell over and over she slams the window in my face says good bye try to call to tell them ??????? Not professional
This Place Is Great!! Highly Recommend- I had a dental emergency last night when my tooth/filling broke while brushing, immediately exposing my nerves!! This was at about 6pm so, I obviously couldn't get in at my normal dentist However, I searched these guys up and gave them a call. To my complete astonishment, they told me they could see me at 7 pm. This staff has to be some of the most rudest people ever. I love my hygienist however I rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else than here. You have to get through the terrible people up front. It dont sit well with me that I spend thousands of dollars on some rude ladies that seem like they have a problem because you question what things are for.
I had billing issues with this office. They apparently don’t know how to properly account for insurance in their system when they charge you so you walk out “paid in full” but then get a bill in the mail three months later asking for a huge additional amount. They had me walk around with a temporary crown for almost two months to hit a date when insurance would pay and then the insurance didn’t pay because they submitted the claim on the original date.
