My first encounter with this provider was in 2011. At that time the practice was willing and able to schedule a patient appointment in a timely manner and they seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help. Today, the second visit, they refused to accept a temporary insurance card given by my insurance provider and indifferently refused to reschedule the appointment after I implored them that I had waited almost 1 month to get an appointment.
