Always top quality work. I have brought in many unusual bits, tools, blades and bucks to sharpen. They figure out the needed sharpening angle or whatever they need and do great work. Makes it easy for me.

I called asking for a quote and the person who answered was rude and dismissive from the start. No explanation, no professionalism. I don’t recommend coming here if you expect basic customer service.
I called Sartor‑Quality Saw Works to get a quote for bandsaw blades and had a really disappointing experience. From the moment the call was answered, the person on the phone was rude, interruptive, and hostile — even though I was calm and respectful. I asked for a quote on a blade, which he gave, and when I politely asked why the price was significantly higher than other vendors, his response was basically to “go shop somewhere else” instead of explaining the pricing or quality.
