Never a hassle with Mel! Good man with a good heart!
Needed the outdoor line “Snaked”…found the van on the street waiting to service his next call. I asked for help as two other plumbers never returned my calls. Mel came to my rescue promptly with a sense of humor and my disaster was fixed!! BIG thank u!! So greatly appreciated!
Mainline waste woes are the stuff nightmares are made of. Mel makes them go away and does it with assurance and good nature. I can't say enough about how much it's worth to me to have Mel respond in snap time, arrive one hour later on the dot, hang with it to get my mainline sewer cleaned out in both directions from the clean out in the backyard, then clean up and leave with zero evidence of his passing except our free flowing mainline drain.
