Needed the outdoor line “Snaked”…found the van on the street waiting to service his next call. I asked for help as two other plumbers never returned my calls. Mel came to my rescue promptly with a sense of humor and my disaster was fixed!! BIG thank u!! So greatly appreciated!
Mainline waste woes are the stuff nightmares are made of. Mel makes them go away and does it with assurance and good nature. I've used Sartain a couple of times in the past with satisfactory results. Not this time. My dad had a pressurized landscape line that was leaking. I texted Mel, and he said he would be there at 2 pm the next day. 2 pm came and went. I texted and called, no answer. Next morning texted, no answer. So I ended up making 2 trips to Home Depot and fixing myself. I understand why a plumber might be late, or even decide he doesn't want to do a job. But take the 30 seconds to let the customer know.
