the worst customer service!!!! i filed my taxes in 2014 and he did a good job, well and in 2015 i contacted him and asked if he could file my taxes for this year too and he said he could, and i sent my and my wife's w2 forms since i moved to florida, after a month i called him since i didnt get my refund, and when i got the copies of 1040 form there was my wife's name and my Friend, i mean what the hell???, i tried to contact him for 5 days and barely could reach and when he answered my call he said that he mixed my last nam... read more
