They gave us a good price on our old vehicle, helped us get the non-running vehicle out of an awkward driveway, and were on time, friendly and professional.
Made surrendering my totaled car an easy process. The person on the phone offered to waive the storage fee for a couple of days until I figured out what I was going to do.
Price was good but bumper had a grade of A and damage code 0 and when I picked it up it had 2 spots that were slightly Damage and deep scratches and paint was cracking and peeling....not close to grade A..I took it anyway
