Made surrendering my totaled car an easy process. The person on the phone offered to waive the storage fee for a couple of days until I figured out what I was going to do.
Price was good but bumper had a grade of A and damage code 0 and when I picked it up it had 2 spots that were slightly Damage and deep scratches and paint was cracking and peeling....not close to grade A..I took it anyway
So my brand new 2024 Honda civic was towed there for about a week after I got the car it look like someone tried to break in there I had new dents on the car that wasn’t there before I’m going to the police station to file a report just like I have my money thinking my car was in a safe lot n this happened.
Good customer service, good pricing and great condition of merchandise they do good business
