I would rate this real estate company a “0” if I could. My fiancé and I had been looking to buy our first house and when we finally got under contract with clients of dean sarris, the trouble began right away. Every little detail was an issue and in the end the realtor from Dean Sarris had not done his job properly. Good service, questionable ethics. I enjoyed working with Dean Sarris while renting my first apartment; however, when the summer drought of 2016 ended, it became obvious I had been mislead into renting a property that was not up to health code (health inspection found 13 violations). I also learned that the house had been illegally renovated, as far as the town was concerned, and had never been inspected.
