I had come to these apartments two days ago to do a welfare check on my mom who I haven’t seen in almost a year and I was harassed by people who live there and even had a bat pulled out on me because they believed I was trust passing. Very quiet, other tenants nice and respectful. And centrally located for shopping, medical appointments, dinning, entertainment,RTC bus stops, gambling,etc...within blocks of complex. Also 2-3 blocks of the Truckee river and park. Management and maintenance are very helpful and promt in handling any situation that may happen. Happy to be here
Quiet friendly tenants a small complex that could be over looked with everything you need right outside it's doors.
