Ordered from the Grubhub app on Sept 2nd. Waited and hour and then called. Took 6 calls to get anyone to answer just to be put on hold and hung up on. When I finally got someone to answer (8 calls later) they said they didn’t have an order for me but they managed to hit my card for 50$.. Poor service and a bunch of crooks.

On Jan 1st I ordered pizzas from Monicals in Bloomington with my debit card in the delivery scanner. 10 mins later someone from this establishment started using my card information to make transactions at this establishment. 5 to be exact. Then the next day started purchasing airline tickets and various other purchases. I contacted this establishment and explained my situation, asked to talk to the manager. He wasn't available. Service and delivery is still horrible. Haven't ordered from here in almost a year cause the last time they had me wait 2 hours and made me call 3 times before they just told me they didn't make my food. Decided to try it again and the delivery is still horrible.
