I would give zero stars for the customer service at this location if that were an option. We regularly order from Sarpino’s and usually have great experiences at other locations. Unfortunately, this location stood out for all the wrong reasons. For context - We placed a late-night order (around midnight) for a sub and a pasta and went to pick it up in person.
