There's a woman that answers the phone that is super rude. I love the pizza but she needs better customer service.
Don't waste your money. Sarpinos messed up my order and I paid $40 including the tip I'm in a hotel and couldn't go to rectify the order myself. The employee was argumentative and doggone it I had better get a refund on this piece of crap! The pizza was terrible. I should have listened to my gut and gone with my first choice P.L. downtown.
