BEWARE they steal your money. Ordered pizza from here, usually they are great, however one of their drivers gave himself extra money by writing a tip on the receipt (found that out after I spoke to the manager). I only found out because my Venmo card told me the purchase amount changed. I called and spoke to the manager who was very receptive and said he'd speak to the driver. Tried the New York Deli pizza as my first here and thoroughly enjoyed it! The ingredients tasted so fresh and I really like the pizza dough they use. This will definitely have to be my pizza spot while living in the neighborhood! After a few more trips the consistency is another incredible win for this location!
I ordered for delivery the pizza was dry no sauce, or cheese first time ordering from Sarpino's
Was told delivery would be 45 minutes. Called at one hour and was told it was in route and would be no more than 15 minutes. Called again at an hour and a half and was told I was delivery 6 of 6 for that particular delivery driver. I voiced concern the pizza would be cold, the response was “you don’t worry about that”. I told her I was paying nearly $40 for a pizza and I would like it warm. She told me I should’ve picked it up then. Pizza was never delivered and was told I would get a refund in 24 hours.
