Took my daughter to see Phantom of the Opera. She had a wonderful time and loved the show. The only thing disappointing was they need more women bathrooms.
Aside from a great time at Phantom, it needs to be addressed: There needs to be elevators for upper floors to transport elderly or mobility challenged patrons. Climbing up several steps for these type of patrons was a nightmare as I witnessed while I was there. One poor senior female fell during the mass exit after the show and thankfully other patrons quickly blocked the remaining outgoing crowd to prevent her from being trampled while someone ran to get ushers to help, since none were by the doorways. It does not have elevators for handicap people! !!!!! We also love plays.
The theater was beautiful! We bought tickets in the very back row, row zz. I tried to get seats more towards the middle so we would not be distracted by doors opening during the performance and would have a better view of the stage and it worked out ok, we were still a little distracted because we went to the 1 pm performance so it was nice and sunny and the sun shone through the doors every time someone opened them but not as bad as the people sitting right next to the doors (I think a later showing probably would have been... read more
