The person I spoke to was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional who happens to be the owner. He was so ugly on the phone when I asked him about the cleaning method. I'm sorry, but I want to make sure my rug gets cleaned the proper way persian rugs are not cheap. I will never buy or think about sending my rugs to his shop for cleaning.
