Avoid at all costs. They will bill you and re-bill you erroneously. The physician and this Medtopia spot are a bunch of crooks! They are in the business of taking money from people. We found out that they did this exact thing to the person who recommended them to me. Now they are fighting to not have to pay erroneous medical bills
I highly recommend Dr.Ahmed and Medtopia! She and her staff were very nice and helpful. Plus they were able to schedule me a same day appointment and I was able to get my medication the same day as well!
I have been seen at Medtopia Medical Clinic for about a year now and staffing and the Dr.s have changed drastically. Just because this clinic is inside of Presbyterian Hospital doesn't make it your best choice. The staff in the front office are unprofessional, have poor customer service, and are inconsistent. It also takes 2 or more hours just to be seen for common cold or new health concerns. Dr. Sarosh Ahmed is an excellent doctor! She cares and takes her time with her patients! Best doctor I have ever encountered.
