I didn't end up using their service, but feel compelled to give them a top review. I wanted to have my pool removed and have someone to relocate my HVAC compressor to clear the way for the project. Got referral from the pool removal service I chose, mentioned by some of their happy clients who used Saroni. Marlon picked up my call. This was a fantastic company! I will never use another company to service my heater! From the moment that I first called and got some initial advice from Marlon in the office, to making the appointment, and having Logan come out the next day, the professionalism, pricing, and everything else was top-notch.
Our heater went out over the weekend and on Monday between our appliance insurance and other private companies wanting us to wait over 10 days for service… saroni was able to come out in 2 days ! Logan was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to get it repaired in less than an hour and fee/parts were reasonable priced!!! So glad I found them and that we get to sleep with some heat tonite! It’s been cold and we are so grateful to have found them
