My first impression of the dealership~ they were attentive; very friendly and not pushy. Austin was very helpful and knowledgable during the test drive. He was responsive to my texts for further questions and help. He was very patient too! The other team members are very friendly and welcoming! Sales staff Jared Johnson was excellent to deal with. It made the buying experience simple and fair. Financial Services Manager Nancy Buys was also polite and courteous. Great overall buying experience.
I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my new VW Taos at Volkwagon in Sarnia Ontario. Jared Johnson is the most wonderful man and was so considerate in dealing with me, showing my all the things with this car. He is so great at discussing everything as I had much older car and did not know much about the new cars. Jared Johnson is an exceptional person you have to work with the customers at this Delership. He is 100 percent in my eyes.
Greeted by Niels who was very welcoming and took interest me and my needs. Austin was excellent to deal with and purchase a vehicle from. He was very informative during the sale. Amazing experience! Rohan was so patient and accommodating. I appreciated his sales style. I never felt pressured but he also made sure I was comfortable with my decision.
