Very friendly, polite staff. Very efficient and through with the eye examination.

Just had an appointment need cataract done very informative. Gave me good options. Got a quick appointment for measurements with Dr. Taylor in windsor. Staff were great.
Well I arrived ten minutes prior to my schedualed appointment. Many had a 1:30 apt. All still waiting. A man brought his wife in. She was not doing good. Can observe her body language, and hear her expressing herself. He paid $75.00 for an emergency visit. It's 2:45 PM still waiting for my apt. This lady still waiting. Receptionist motions for husband to speak to her using her pointing finger like he was an animal. She showed NO empathy, sympathy, professionalism... wish I didn't pay for apt. I would of walked out!
