System sucks. Location said new systems so they don’t have the scan thing to use app coupon discount. New systems. Make it make sense.
LOVED the food here! Noodles were a 10/10, service was top notch. Ernesto was so accommodating and helpful when it came to my order I was so grateful. All these people deserve a raise!
I cannot for the life of me reason why they have switched to serving a HOT salad with the bento box. One of the most appealing aspects of a bento box is that you get a mix of hot & cold, crunchy and soft. Now it's all just warm mush.
The order was wrong asked for shrimp and was given it with chicken and veggies and asked for no veggies at all and the 2nd order was all messed up
