Avoid this place at any cost, I placed an order on line and took it out, it was chicken teriyaki and noodles and the food was cold the noodles seemed like they were leftover from the day before they were stuck together in lump and the taste of stale grease , I took a bite and felt something very hard and I took out of my mouth to see what it was and it was hard as a rock old noodles, it was very disgusting. I was a loyal customer but this place has gone down to the ground, avoid this place it will give you food poisoning.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I found hair in my food, and the company refused to properly address the situation. On top of that, I’ve ordered shrimp dishes multiple times and have consistently found pieces of beef mixed into my food. Given the lack of care and customer service, I won’t be ordering from here again.
Every time I come here I get two orders of the Chicken Teriyaki Roll with no sauce and I love it every time I eat it!
