I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The sushi was completely inedible the rice was yellow, smelled bad, and tasted spoiled. When I spoke to the person in charge to address the issue, instead of offering help, she dismissed my concerns by claiming the food was fresh and that no other customers had complained. All I asked for was a refund. She told me she needed my physical credit card to process it. Since I paid using Apple Pay, I didn't have the physical card with me. Ordered a lemonade with my son's meal and never received it. The cashier may not have heard me, but the interaction wasn't particularly friendly. I also watched the vegetables get scooped into the container without touching the flat top, so I assumed they were in a warmer and would be hot, but they were actually cold when served. Not appetizing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
