The cook on the evening of Feb. 5 was messed up for what he did and he knows exactly what. I pray he does not secretly foster any discriminitive beliefs on ethnicity. Rice was undercooked, extra dry, clumped up an really hard to chew. Chicken was cooked WAY over well done, At first glance before closing the lid it looked fine.
