Wanted beef bento. Gave chicken bento. When pointed that out, took the box back, put the chicken back on the cooking lot on the cooking surface. Then kept us waiting for more than 5 minutes to give the box back with beef, this time with very reduced meat quantity compared to others. When pointed that out, she pretended not to hear me. Hence this review.
Service slow
This is honestly the saddest and most disappointing salmon roll I have ever received. They made it while I waited, which took some time, and then I received rice with a tiny piece of fish in it. I would definitely not recommend getting rolls from here
Just ate a whole (!) chicken bento box there - it was VERY good. They cook right in front of you and there's a short line of people. The Asian woman, who cooks meat, is working very hard. I said "Thank you" to her, when I was leaving, but think she didn't understand. Hope she gets enough money for this hard work. They also have their own nook with about 8 tables and a bar with cushioned stools.
