Poor customer service. Repipe multiple issues. No return calls to texts, messages left or response to 24hr calls. Work not completed now told will not complete until balance is paid. Three messages to speak to Manager who can adjust balance and finish work. Each time was reassured Manager would call me by following day. Still waiting. Billed $22,000 for work with supposed Veteran discount. At this point would like to file official complaint.

I was charged $4000 for work that involved less than 2 hrs of labor. I was told by the bid technician that Sarkinen would handle moving my hot water heater ( after a leak was repaired resulting in an additional $1400 charge) and they would send out a subcontracter to repair the sheetrock damage. They claimed to have tested for asbestos resulting in an additional charge of $1900. I told the individual I would take care of taking down the sheetrock and the asbestos problem on my own. I was overcharged for work that was performed on 1/23/24. On 1/22/24 I got an estimate on that work. I paid them $ *****, roughly half the estimate. On 1/23/24 after the work was done I was charged $3,348.10. On or about 2/4/24 I called and they said the $***** was never taken out of my account. After I got my bank statement for the full amount that was charged, I called back and was given the runaround and it took another day before I got the invoice sent to me on the work that was done. My experience with this plumbing company was infuriating. They pressured me into unnecessary purchases, refused to refund my money, and hung up on me when I tried to address the issue. Initially, they admitted they couldn't guarantee a permanent fix for my hot water problem but insisted on replacing my boiler, promising a warranty. They convinced me to buy a $1500 booster, claiming it would provide constant hot water. In the end, I paid around $4000. Honest, dependable.l, on time,l and work to save you money on their services. Had to have a return trip due to a faucet loosing pressure and Ryan and Laycen came out and flushed the lines and tightened a loose faucet. Very professional and worked quickly Highly recommend them and this plumbing company for any plumbing needs.

I contacted this company to receive an estimate for toilet and faucet installation and they were able to send a tech to our home with in 15 min of our call to give ** an estimate. The office was also very clear that if we received the estimate and decided not to move forward there would be no fee or issue. The quote they gave was reasonable so we asked them to complete the work. The tech that gave ** the estimate was able to do the work the same day.
