We were visiting from out-of-town, loved Sarka Kauffmann's selection, and purchased a ring there as a special gift to our daughter. We gave to her as a birthday gift months after making the purchase; unfortunately, she didn't like it as much as we thought she would. I was less than hopeful that the staff would help us after so much time had passed.
