Absolutely do not trust these people. They’re thieves. They locked me out of my storage unit without reason after it had been broken into. I couldn’t even get in it to see what all was missing.

Do Not get a storage unit at stark storage! They stold my friends car trailer and been using it for months then tried to charge him for storing it there. My storage unit was broke into 2 times in which one time could of been prevented but they wouldnt let me change units. This is the worst place to ever rent for storage. And not last but not least the owner and secretaries are the rudest people ive ever met. Just really really sad but if i can help anybody who tries to rent from them i will.

I put 1star because I absolutely had to… if I could have put negative stars I would have . This is the absolute worse storage unit I have ever delt with . I had an incident where my unit was broken into by some hoodlums and they did nothing to help me , wouldn’t even give the police the security cameras so I could hopefully get my deceased fathers belongings back .
