Dr. Kartan is great, but wait time was ridiculous for an allergy test, told me to wait 1 hour and I had to wait 2 hrs. Maybe was seeing another patient but don’t say “wait x time” if it’s not sure HOW LONG it’s gonna take. 😕
I really liked my experience with Dr.Kartan, her staff was always friendly and very accommodating to my needs. Highly recommend this Dr for any allergy needs.
My son was seen at this facility on Friday of last week. We have gotten 2 automated phone calls this week saying that his results are in. We have been calling this location to get his results and we’re put on hold for 20 minutes then someone picks up and hangs up. Currently on hold again for now 19 minutes…. This is extremely not acceptable.
