I visited her once and don't plan to return. While she's friendly and approachable, she misunderstood my needs, which led to costly consequences. Her appointments are also quite expensive and indeed made me wait almost an hour to meet her, even if it’s just a brief check-in without any real service provided. She is one of the best doctor I have met. She is very thorough and she (and her team) responds to questions and concerns in very timely manner. I highly recommend her.
This provider is the last person I'd ever go back to for any medical care. She has terrible bedside manners, always in a hurry, always rushing in and treating patients like "cattles". I'm so disappointed.
Dr. Kongkachen is knowledgeable and kind. She was very caring and helpful when I had my breast cancer diagnosis. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for compassionate care.
