I ordered medicine from sarin skin website and it ensures next day delivery. But 4 days passed ,neither any mail for status of order nor I was able to track the order. Then I sent an email to them ,which they replied that it got out of stock and might be available after 10days but not sure. I mean who going to inform the customer before? Why do u even show its availability on website if it's out of stock. I would not recommend to use this website to anyone
Very disappointing experience ordering from Sarin Skin. I ordered a sunscreen from their website, and when I received and unboxed the product a few minutes later, I was genuinely surprised by its condition. I received the wrong product (tinted sunscreen), and both the Doctors maintained complete radio silence over email for two full days before finally arranging a return. Throughout this process, there was not a single apology or acknowledgment of their fulfillment mistake for the hassle caused.
