Sarika was great through the whole experience. At the start she helped me narrow down my choices to find what I actually liked. When looking at houses she was very fun and had a great eye for what to be careful. When I finally found the house I bought she walked me through the whole process, and now I am in a house that I love.

My late father, god rest him, was a general handy man who dabbled with investment properties through the late 90s and early 2000’s. Growing up under his tutelage I learned exactly how important it is to stay in your area of expertise. Sarika was great to work with. As an out of state investor, she acted as my boots on the ground before I was able to find a property manager. She walked properties, ball parked renovation costs, and connected me with local lenders, property managers, and ad hoc service providers to make sure my first property was successful. I couldn’t have done it without her work and recommendations.
