My late father, god rest him, was a general handy man who dabbled with investment properties through the late 90s and early 2000’s. Sarika was great to work with. As an out of state investor, she acted as my boots on the ground before I was able to find a property manager. She walked properties, ball parked renovation costs, and connected me with local lenders, property managers, and ad hoc service providers to make sure my first property was successful.
