Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
