I've been seeing Dr. Rafi for a couple of years to treat my restless legs, and his dedication to my treatment has truly transformed my life. When I first arrived, I couldn’t even leave my house past 6:00 PM because of my legs. Now, thanks to his care, I can go out and enjoy life like everyone else! Dr. Rafi listens with patience, is kind and understanding, and has never made me feel rushed during a visit. His office staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend him!
Extremely professional and knowledgeable, courteous and good bedside manner. We live in Tulsa and travel to Norman to see him. He takes great care of my mom and her health. Dr. Refai even does telehealth visits with us. He was one of the only neurologists who figured out what was going on with my mom. He monitored her and even checked in on her. Thank you so so much Dr. Refai. We appreciate you and your staff.
Dr. Refai is a great doctor. He is knowledgable, experienced, kind, and helpful. As long as I'm living within driving distance, I will always use Dr. Refai as my neurologist!

doesn't care at all. once his mind was set even test results wouldn't change it. he ended up discharging me as a patient because I asked to many questions about his diagnosis. discharged me as a patient in the middle of needing a Dr really bad. had siezures because I couldn't get refills on meds I needed becuz he wouldn't refill them while I waited for a new nuero. had to go to my gp.
