This is the worst possible place you could come if you’re sick. The wait time to see anyone is absolutely horrible. I’m still here and it’s been over 4 hours and no communication whatsoever. Zero stars. Go anywhere else. Security staff is unprofessional and rude.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! My brother was told he would be admitted 1.5 hours after arriving. Waiting for a room is understandable, but being left for roughly 13 additional hours without meaningful updates turned this into a 15 hour ordeal. He'd been instructed to fast in case a cardiac procedure was necessary. I asked for an update because if fasting was no longer medically necessary, he needed food and water. It’s been a nightmare trying to get my medical records released so I can get better care in a different network- good luck talking to anybody on the phone or getting any help unless you physically go to the window and deal with their bad attitudes. Even after I went in person and signed a release form, my new doctor told me they’re refusing to release my records. It’s crazy to me how they’re able to operate like this
Place is a joke
Staff is friendly but I feel like half an hour just to print discharge paperwork is a bit excessive
