RecommendedAfter waiting 4 hours for a tow company that kept saying 15 more minutes we called Sargents. Kody said he’d be there in 30 minutes. After my 20 year old daughter sat in 100 degree heat on a dark service road Kody brought her water and was there in TWENTY minutes and was super friendly. As a parent, I could not be more grateful for his honesty and arriving when he said he would (early at that). Thank you so very much.
After nearly $5000 in damage from another Weatherford tow service. Then waiting over an hour for another Weatherford tow service to arrive once the mechanical issues were handled by SW Ford. One of the service techs at SW Ford said call Sargent’s. Within 20 minutes Charlie from Sargents showed up on a Friday night. In good spirits. Was courteous, professional and proficient. I had to have my truck towed from Lowe’s in Weatherford to Jerry’s Chevrolet today. When I called, they said it’d be about an hour wait. I waited patiently and about 30ish minutes later, a gentleman named Charlie showed up. He was quick, he was proficient, very professional and respectful. He was in good spirits even though he was having to work in the rain. He had my truck loaded up and at Jerry’s all within 20 minutes of his arrival to get me.
