I have been doing business with Sargents for 10+ years and the service has always been outstanding! Greg Allen has been a pleasure to deal with and always goes out of his way to make sure we receive top notch service.
Worst customer service I try to schedule a appointment with them to come and look my equipment and every time I call they say someone will return your call the next day 2 weeks when by after many calls I made and never get a return call from them
Went in and picked up a bucket for a rental machine, wasn't there very long to locate and load it. The guys in the yard are friendly and quick to help get you in and out!
