Genuine and Helpful! Both Christy and Kevin helped me with my first purchase in the USA - I cannot speak highly enough of Christy and the assistance she provided me, especially as someone who has just moved to the USA and needed some extra guidance with the home buying process. We used the Sargent McDonald team twice when we bought our first house and again when we sold that same house and bought another. Both times, we went a saw a ton of houses but Kevin was always honest in regards to if we should actually move forward or not with the house we liked. Kevin wasn’t just trying to sell us a house, he was trying to make sure my wife and I would be happy with it. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team with either purchasing or selling house!
