My daughter had an appointment here for an outpatient procedure. We went to the pre-op at the Lincoln Ave health center, then the procedure was to take place at the Sergeant Center. We scheduled the appointments, AND got a letter in the mail with the appointment times- surgery time being 9AM on 8/6. I also dyalisis for my father, who is in end stage kidney failure. The lab here is excellent! They are fast and attentive to patients.
Had an ekg 3 weeks ago, still no results. Patient health is not in there interest. If you send a message I’d takes an average of 4 days for a reply. Then they can’t give you any information. It’s a pointless circle of zero answers. I’d suggest finding better facilities!! I will be switching medical providers asap. I’m shocked at how they treat patients health!
This provider has misinformed me, lied to me, and I believe they billed me for services I didn't receive. I believe they fabricate whatever billing numbers they feel like. I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting bounced around between different people, none of whom could help at all. 3 different people told me that my issue wasn't their department but they would transfer me to the right person. Eventually I had to just give up, and I believe that's what they're counting on.
