They do not care about their tenets and will say and promise anything to get you to sign a lease. I highly recommend not renting with Sarge Rentals in Bloomington, IN. 1. Apartment was not ready nor professionally cleaned during move-in. (employee stated that she and her mom cleaned it to make sure it was done "properly"; however, she then admitted that, "workers came back to the apartment and left their equipment and dirt on floors." 2. Can't say enough good things about Tara! She is so accommodating and understanding. She went above and beyond to help us out. We literally called her after 5 on a Friday and she found us a house and had us moved in within an hour. Bloomington's own angel!
