do not rent from. they bait and switch, add random fees in the middle of lease and do not follow through with much of what they have you believe. thought things would be better than connor group, they are just the same with an office staff that is even less friendly.

This company does not care about residents, just the bottom line. The regional manager will not return phone calls from residents, she just sends them back down the chain in the hopes that the problem goes away. If you are a reaident and encounter a financial problem, get out. This company will not work with you, they'll just take you to court for the fun of it. If my only options were to be homeless or live at a property managed by this company, I would choose the former.
