Friendly, Concise and to the point, kept in contact during recovery, Professional, Caring and the Great Doctor is Human! They stand up to their name which is now Compassionate Care! My dog came back happy and since recovered nicely!
We were new to the area and needed a vet to take care of our older dog. Compassionate Care certainly fit the bill in terms of providing superior care and in taking care of our dog when we boarded her there. The techs and Dr. Hessey (now Dr. Birch) treated our dog wonderfully and with respect and compassion. When the sad day came to have to put our old girl down, it was done with dignity and everyone on the staff expressed sympathy. I would recommend this group heartily!
I have taken all of my pets here for the 21 years I've lived in Charlotte / Matthews. The staff and doctors are great with my pets, they treat them as if they're their own family members. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend them highly enough.
