I had an appointment with today with Dr Sardar Shah-Khan with ARH Gastroenterology. My appointment was for 2:45. Being a new patient, I went in at 2:35 to take care of paperwork, was screened, and placed in the exam room. At 4:00, I got up and left, unseen, because no one ever showed up. At 4:15 someone called and ask if I was still there. No. This rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
