Exceptional service all the way around. I talked to my salesman Dave, for all of about 10 minutes through this whole transaction. I told him what I wanted he said it’s here come on in. I showed up he tossed me the keys and pointed to it. I took it for a drive. Came back and did the paper work and the next day the deal was….almost done. Dustin, our salesman made our experience amazing from the moment that we walked into the dealership! He went above to make sure that we weren’t settling for anything less than what we wanted. The entire process including the test drive was less than 2 hours, we walked out exactly 1 hour after making a deal. I highly recommend Dustin and this dealership!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but after nearly a month of trying to get an extended warranty cancellation and refund processed, I feel compelled to share my experience. I traded in my vehicle and requested cancellation of the extended warranty. Since then, getting any meaningful response has been extremely difficult. Most calls go directly to voicemail, and when I do speak with someone, I'm told that someone will call me back. Unfortunately, those callbacks rarely seem to happen. Very friendly staff and have had good experiences here. However, recently the experience for this ford dealership has changed. Had service issue come up that I reached out to try get addressed and was informed that they are only open to 5PM during the week and only perform oil changes every n a Saturday. So, in being someone who works til 6pm during the week and relies on the weekends to get things completed, this has made me start to look for a new Ford dealership that will be able to assist me and put the customer first.

Dustin was great to work with and made the whole process simple for buying my new Ford Maverick! I would highly recommend Sarchione to anyone looking to buy a vehicle all of their employees seemed like straight shooters.
