Great sales crew. Service has a lot to be desired!
Dustin and the rest of the Sarchione Ford team in Alliance were great to work with. Felt great with their process and Lance did a great job in the finance office. They came highly recommended and it was easy to see why.
When I walked through the door, I wasn’t put under any pressure. Then someone asked me if they could help me with anything, and from that Point on it was the most pleasurable trip to a car dealership I have ever had. They worked with me on every aspect of my needs, and went above and beyond. I drove home that day in a vehicle that makes me happy in every way.
Really disappointed with service. I took car in for toe link recall. Upon pick up I noticed whistle and squeal heat and foul smell coming from rear tire. I called Sarchione, asked them to make note of my complaint, they said to call back if continues. I called again only to remain on hold for service for 17 minutes before I finally had to hang up due to work. Called again, made appt, only to have them tell me this issue, which only arose after the toe link repair, had nothing to do with them and it is probably my caliper. Al... read more
