I honestly can't believe how the service department operates at this dealership. I have owned Ford's my whole life, I have bought Ford's from dealerships when I lived in other states and never have I seen a service department like this one. How does it take 2 to 3 hours to do an oil change? I bought a truck from this dealership almost 3 years ago and literally every single time I have taken the truck in for service it takes them forever to do simple maintenance tasks.
