Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my F150. The salesman Kurt could not have been better to work with. He met our every need and the purchase a very pleasant experience. It has been 10 months since the purchase of my new 2023 F150. At the time of the purchase I was promised a set of floor mats which I never received. After several attempts and visits to the dealership and told that they are on backorder still no floor mats. If you are promised anything get it before you leave the dealership.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed as I was supposed to get my warranty work done at the same time everything else was done but they ended up not being able to do the work so I have to take it in again for a day.
Best dealership for miles. The people make the difference! From top to bottom everyone is great to talk to. Everyone is willing to help you. I am not talking about before the sale. Long past the sale they still care about you. You will have the satisfaction that you are helping local business as well. Good family people. Go See them you will like it!
