Called realtor on file to arrange to see home I was interested in. Agent’s name is Jun Yu. While he did answer his phone, his English is so poor I couldn’t make out a single word he was saying. I read several reviews below stating same interaction issues all with same reply stating to contact office manager Mo. Is Mo going to teach Mr. Yu English himself? Been with this brokerage for over ten years - with recent change in management and their new political views , they are pushing me out because my political beliefs don’t line up with management’s Pro-Palestine views.
Zaheen Fatim Nusrat is a very unprofessional realtor who doesnt communicate with outstanding offers and wastes extraordinary amount of time. We were constantly trying to make contact with her regarding the sale of one of her listings but she would just keep on wasting time and not acknowledge our messages and calls as well.
