1. Unhygienic 2. Overpriced 3. Go little off hours you will not get fresh food. Example 5 pm 4. Staff is not courteous 5. Restrooms stinks

This is the most awful South Indian Restaurant in the bay area. They have become too big to realize their mistakes. Starting from their service to food to cleanliness to hygiene, everything is pathetic. My husband and i have been there only a hand full of times and each time that we have gotten out of there, only one of us was served food. The other would sit around and wait, and finally get frustrated and simply walk out. They always jinx up the order and not apologize for it. Wonder how they still survive. Easily the most horrible Indian restaurant for service, food quality when compared to the aura it creates. There are so many better places that are smaller and offer much better service and food. Their only saving grace used to be their weekend meals. That too has become pathetic. I saw to my delight that they are now rated 3 star on Yelp. They have a lot of potential but have become complacent and distant with their own strengths. It pains me that everytime I give them a try its a disaster.
