I would say the staff needs more hospitable attitude and waiters need to have a smile on their face. Rest of the experience was ok.
I come from Chennai and expected quality, taste and good service when we wanted to go to Saravana Bhavan. Completely disappointed with the food served and responsiveness from the staff. We were seated and had to wait for almost 30 mins to let them know what we wanted... Food was not up to the standard... not even Coffee... Last but not least, they gave us bill which is not even ours... we have to explain them thrice to help them understand... Very very disappointing for my entire family...
Tasty vegetarian food and friendly place! Must try if in and around NJ.
